What we do?

We are not your ordinary Personal Trainers.

A few things that we do differently.

 

We teach, not tell. We are here to educate you, inspire you and support you to build confidence that one day you'd be able to go at it alone if you wanted.

 

We understand that traditional gyms can be daunting and overwhelming. We operate out of a small functional fitness facility and isn't flooded with strangers. You'll get to know the people around you and it will become a community.

We don't do cookie cutter. We know everyone is unique and we tailor our sessions to match where you are in your fitness journey.

Our Fitness Journey

As a husband and wife duo with decades of experience in coaching health and fitness, we are dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. Maea specialises in honing gymnastics skills for CrossFit athletes and general health and strength for men, while Cara specialises in women 35 and over as they transition through perimenopause and beyond.

They have previously owned and operated a successful CrossFit business for 12 years, working with hundreds of people with all different health and fitness goals.  Now they are focussing on a more specific approach rather than large group CrossFit classes.

Maea is a premium Performance Coach and Personal Trainer based in Bunbury, WA.

 

His passion lies in helping adults build strength, mobility, and vitality through personalised, functional training programs that support long-term health and performance.

With over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, Maea brings a deep understanding of movement, biomechanics, and practical training methods. His approach is results-driven yet adaptable, ensuring each client receives tailored guidance that aligns with their goals, lifestyle, and physical needs.

What truly sets Maea apart from the everyday personal trainer is the genuine connection and care he brings to every session. He takes the time to understand each client beyond their fitness goals, creating an environment built on trust, motivation, and lasting progress—both inside and outside the gym

Train with Cara

Cara is a Women’s Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer based in Bunbury, WA.


Her passion lies in helping women navigate perimenopause and beyond with strength, confidence, and sustainable training. She focuses on functional fitness that works with women’s hormones—not against them. No quick fixes or fad diets, just smart, supportive coaching.

While most of her clients tend to be 35 and over, Cara is a strong believer that every woman should be lifting weights. She currently works with clients ranging from teenage girls to women in their 70s.

At 41, and as a mum of two, Cara brings over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry. Her mission is to empower women to feel strong, capable, and in control of their bodies at any age.
